Job summary

Neko Health AB in London is seeking an FF+E Design Lead to own the global furniture, fixtures and equipment strategy, defining objects, materials and product selections that shape the member experience across all clinics.

Reporting to Architecture Creative Studio Lead, you will develop standards for Location Design Playbook, drive procurement strategy, and collaborate with regional teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive, durable, and brand-aligned spaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FF+E design, specification, and procurement.
• Portfolio demonstrating cohesive design language across multi-site or global projects.
• Strong eye for materials, finishes, and durability in furniture and fixtures.
• Ability to develop standards and playbooks for scalable rollout.

Responsibilities

• Define global FF+E standards and Location Design Playbook with detailed specs and sourcing guidance.
• Develop procurement strategy with preferred suppliers and regional considerations.
• Provide concept-level FF+E guidance to regional design teams on active projects.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design Lead and cross-functional teams to develop bespoke items that reinforce the brand.
