Job summary

Neko Health is redefining preventative care with rapid, non-invasive clinics across Europe. As Location Design Lead, you will set and evolve the physical design standards across EMEA, ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint in clinics and spaces.

You will oversee concept development for new locations, translate brand principles into layouts and test fits, and collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-impact spaces on time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in architecture or design management within construction.
• Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants.
• Broad knowledge of building codes and standards across European markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and project management tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve physical design standards across EMEA.
• Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts.
• Translate brand and experience principles into physical environments.
• Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver spaces on time and to spec.
• Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook for scalable standards.
