Job summary

Resonant, based in Chorley, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of international clinical trial accounts. You will coordinate projects, budgets, pricing, and service delivery while building strong client relationships across multiple locations.

The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as account management or project coordination.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, pricing, contracts, or revenue responsibilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of international customer accounts as the primary contact for study-related activities.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships to understand study requirements and provide high-level support.
• Coordinate contracts, budgets, and pricing to maximise commercial opportunities and revenue.
• Manage study timelines, milestones, and deliverables in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of equipment, services, and solutions across global locations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation for opportunities.
• Provide customer reporting and status updates; participate in meetings.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
• Investigate and resolve escalations to ensure positive customer experience.
• Analyse project data and financial performance to support decisions.
