Job summary

Thinking Search in London is seeking an experienced Client Legal Operations Manager to own the operations of a major global client account. You will combine client operations, commercial and financial management, data analysis and project delivery to improve performance and support growth.

You will work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Pricing, Project Management and Operations to diagnose issues, design solutions and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in client operations or legal/professional services delivery environments.
• Strong hands-on data cleansing and analysis of large datasets.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement process improvements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, WIP or billing analysis.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational infrastructure for a complex global client account.
• Work with large datasets to extract, cleanse and reconcile information for insights.
• Review processes to identify root causes and design improved ways of working.
• Lead process improvements from diagnosis to implementation and adoption.
• Support financial management including budgeting, forecasting, WIP, billing and variance analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Manage projects across teams and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Improve governance, controls and reporting for the account.
• Support initiatives to improve client service, efficiency, profitability and growth.
