We’re looking for a Training Program Manager to join their Global Sales Enablement team, supporting the UK market. This role will be instrumental in shaping onboarding, driving performance, and partnering with international vendor sites to scale sales excellence.
? What you'll do:
You'll operate as a key strategic partner for UK sales teams—both full-time employees and third-party vendor teams—supporting enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing development. You’ll act as a "train-the-trainer," ensure enablement quality, and help implement learning tools and performance frameworks aligned with global best practices.
