Job summary

TÜV SÜD Group is seeking a Learning Lead to shape and drive global learning priorities and scalable solutions. The role combines strategic portfolio management with hands-on delivery, ensuring learning initiatives build capabilities and align with business priorities across TÜV SÜD globally.

The candidate will act as the central interface between stakeholders, subject-matter experts, learning partners, and SuccessFactors teams, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence across the full learning

• Experience in learning and development within a global, matrixed organisation.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning strategies and lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Data-informed mindset with measuring learning impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into a global learning roadmap and portfolio.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of learning initiatives with clear scope and milestones.
• Define success measures and monitor learning impact to drive improvements.
• Coordinate global rollouts, ensure successful regional practices, and govern quality.
