Job summary

Nord Anglia Education, based in London, seeks a Leadership Programme Coordinator to drive delivery and development of leadership initiatives across our international network. You will coordinate logistics, foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure a seamless participant experience across learning activities.

The role supports the Professional Learning strategy and enhances education for students globally, with opportunities for professional growth and working in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational capabilities and good attention to detail.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced global organisation.
• Good analytical skills with the passion to quantify success.
• Results orientated with the ability to map efforts against KPIs.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multi-functional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes, including face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning for leaders across our network.
• Manage and enhance our digital leadership learning offer, maintaining online environments, supporting platform improvements, creating engaging content, and driving adoption of new features.
• Lead programme operations and logistics, coordinating residential events, webinars, workshops, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, analysing learner engagement, programme impact, diversity metrics, and platform usage.
• Provide end-to-end programme administration and stakeholder support, including budget tracking, invoices, vendor and venue coordination, and collaboration with schools, facilitators, and participants.
