Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational capabilities and good attention to detail.
• Able to adapt in a fast‑paced global organisation.
• Good analytical skills with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
• Results orientated with the ability to map efforts against KPIs.
• Excellent time management and multi‑functional task flexibility.
• Cross‑cultural interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes across in‑person, virtual, and blended formats.
• Manage and enhance our digital leadership learning offer and user adoption of new features.
• Lead programme operations and logistics including events, schedules, and communications.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform decisions.
• Provide end‑to‑end programme administration and stakeholder support, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
