HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Global Head of Global Distribution and Transfer Agency Operations Leadership to drive end-to-end BAU Transfer Agency operations globally within MSS Operations. This role ensures onshore and GSC teams operate as one, with consistent service, strong controls, and scalable processes across locations and product types.

Formación

• Significant experience in financial services operations with people management accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Services focusing on Transfer Agency.
• Proven track record delivering client service against KPIs and SLAs.
• Applied risk management and internal controls across operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end BAU delivery for Transfer Agency operations globally.
• Oversee onshore and GSC teams to ensure consistent outcomes and stability.
• Review KPI/SLA reports; escalate and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor metrics to optimise resources and manage demand peaks/troughs.
• Govern controls including cash processing, reconciliations and AML checks.
• Shape operating model for scalability and better stakeholder experience.
