Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with HSBC, seeks a Global Head of Global Distribution and Transfer Agency Operations Leadership to drive end-to-end BAU operations across global teams with a strong focus on risk controls, KPIs, and scalable processes.

The role requires deep experience in financial services operations, Transfer Agency knowledge, and ability to lead cross-location collaboration among onshore teams and GSCs to deliver consistent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial services operations with people management accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Services with a Transfer Agency focus.
• Proven track record managing client service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Risk management and internal control experience across operations and change activity.
• Experience working with offshore teams in a global operating model.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BAU delivery for Transfer Agency operations globally, aligned to MSS Operations goals.
• Oversee service delivery across onshore teams and GSCs for consistent client outcomes.
• Review KPI and SLA reporting; escalate issues and coordinate resolution.
• Monitor efficiency metrics to optimise resourcing and manage peaks in demand.
• Govern cash processing, reconciliations and AML controls with a risk-based approach.
• Shape an operating model to improve scalability, oversight and stakeholder experience.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and client operations guides.
