Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Global Head of Global Distribution and Transfer Agency Operations Leadership to drive end-to-end BAU delivery for Transfer Agency operations worldwide. The role coordinates onshore teams and Global Service Centres to maintain consistent client outcomes, robust controls, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial services operations with substantial people management accountability.
• Strong risk and control focus across cash processing, reconciliations and AML controls.
• Experience delivering complex operations programs across global locations and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BAU delivery for Transfer Agency operations globally, aligned to MSS Operations and GDTA objectives.
• Oversee service delivery across onshore teams and GSCs to ensure consistent client outcomes and operational stability.
• Review KPI and SLA reporting, escalate issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.
• Monitor efficiency ratios, metrics and MI to optimise resourcing and manage peaks in demand.
• Govern control performance, including cash processing, reconciliations and AML controls.
• Shape and embed an operating model that improves scalability and stakeholder experience across locations.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and client operations guides in line with requirements.
• Manage internal and external audit points and regulatory issues to achieve strong outcomes.
