Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Transfer Agency or equivalent financial services operations.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Transfer Agency processes: dealing, registration, settlement, investor servicing.
• Strong regulatory awareness across CASS, AML/FCC, Consumer Duty and operational resilience.
• Proven ability to assess operational risk, manage incidents and implement remediation actions.
• Experience delivering operating model change, automation and cross-jurisdiction programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders, clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of the UKTA regional operating model in partnership with TA leadership.
• Maintain a robust control environment; identify, escalate and remediate risks and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and data privacy.
• Support client onboarding, RFPs, due diligence and client escalations for UKTA Operations.
• Act as senior escalation point for regulatory, operational and client-impacting matters.
• Support business continuity, outages, incidents and resilience programs.
• Represent UKTA in governance forums and client/external meetings.
