All about the role

The Lead Art Director should have a deep understanding and practical experience directing both on set and in their day-to-day BAU work. You should feel comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time and be able to collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders to deliver projects and campaigns to the highest standards. You should be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and have great organisational skills to ensure you meet deadlines. While the role is based in London, you will work closely with the Global Creative Studio located in Amsterdam, Wrocław, and London.

These are some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Interpret strategic briefing documents to deliver creative solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop ideas and pitch concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Initiate collaboration with teams across the global organisation
  • Maintain a keen awareness of contemporary culture and create innovative concepts that resonate with the audience
  • Manage a team, organize workload, and support team members
  • Confidently direct shoots (both stills and video)
  • Understand and oversee the entire creative process from pre to post production, ensuring budgets are adhered to
  • Ensure consistency in look and feel across the brand by adhering to creative guidelines
  • Support and develop members within the Global Creative Studio

What will you bring to the table?

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in-house or at a creative agency
  • Experience directing both stills and moving image shoots
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work
  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and effective creative solutions that challenge and push boundaries
