Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in controls, compliance, audit, or risk management within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across regions and levels.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage AML/KYC engagements including regulatory examinations, audits, and reviews.
• Provide executive-ready management reporting on regulatory themes and risk trends.
• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting with MIS and operations; handle large data requests.
• Engage with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and cross-LOB partners to assess and remediate risk.
• Leverage analytics and AI/LLM capabilities to identify trends and improve control environment.
• Proactively identify and assess risks with stakeholders.
