Job summary

MBDA in Stevenage is seeking a Knowledge Management professional to support delivery of the Knowledge Strategy within the Capability, Knowledge & Skills division of the Technical Excellence Directorate. The role emphasizes building networks across international functions and delivering transversal engagement to optimise corporate knowledge.

Qualifications

• Technical or project management background required.
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment and manage multiple projects.
• Experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of our products and development lifecycle.
• Ability to establish information architecture and repository management.
• Knowledge of global engineering skills and MBDA competencies.
• Awareness of digitalisation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across levels.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships across Knowledge Management and Technical Expert networks.
• Coordinate and energise knowledge organisations; obtain metrics and report performance.
• Identify and develop improvement projects for knowledge activities.
• Provide guidance and training for knowledge management and best practices.
• Coordinate Technical Expert Network: reports, events, resources.
• Support knowledge improvement initiatives and analytics for repository management.
