Job summary

MBDA is seeking a knowledgeable professional to join the Capability, Knowledge & Skills division in the Technical Excellence Directorate. You will support delivery of the Knowledge Strategy across international functions, coordinating networks and driving a culture of knowledge sharing.

You will work in a hybrid model with on-site work required several days weekly and some UK/European travel, contributing to a cohesive, multinational knowledge framework.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience within a technical or project management background.
• Autonomous, able to deliver on multiple projects in an agile environment.
• Experience in face-to-face and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships across Knowledge Management and Technical Expert networks.
• Coordinate knowledge activities, gather metrics, and promote improvements.
• Develop projects to optimise corporate knowledge and repository management.
• Provide guidance, resources and training on knowledge management best practices.
• Coordinate the Technical Expert Network, including events and reports.
• Support knowledge improvement initiatives and analytics for efficient access.
