Job summary

MBDA Careers in the United Kingdom is seeking a Knowledge Strategy professional within the Capability, Knowledge & Skills division of the Technical Excellence Directorate. You will support delivery of the Knowledge Strategy across international networks, primarily in UK functions.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience within a technical or project management background.
• Autonomous in an agile technical environment.
• Experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation.
• Knowledge of MBDA products and development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establishing, building and managing effective working relationships across the Knowledge Management and Technical Expert networks to ensure that all elements of the strategy are understood, communicated and being delivered against.
• Co-ordinating, supporting, and energising the Knowledge organisations across the business.
• Identifying and developing improvement projects for knowledge activities to optimise corporate knowledge within the Knowledge Management Framework.
• Providing guidance, resources and training for knowledge management, supporting best practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Co-ordinating and orchestrating the Technical Expert Network, including reports, organisation and facilitation of events and meetings.
• Supporting knowledge improvement initiatives and performance analytics to support improved access to knowledge.
