Job summary

AVEVA seeks a Global Events Keynote Lead to plan, develop, and deliver keynote experiences for AVEVA World, IGNITE and AVEVA Days. You will partner with executives, marketing, product teams and production partners to ensure seamless, high-impact keynotes from concept through delivery.

You will manage scheduling, rehearsals, speaker briefings and on-site coaching, coordinating travel, contracts and assets to create a polished, audience-centric experience across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in large live events managing keynote programs (in-house)
• Proven ability to manage complex content initiatives from intake and planning through execution, delivery, and reporting
• Experience working across marketing, creative, communications and business leadership teams
• Demonstrated success managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of content development workflows, governance, and operational processes
• Project management certification ideally
• Managed large budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end keynote process for AVEVA World, IGNITE and AVEVA Days globally
• Coordinate with executives, marketing, communications, product teams, customers, agencies, and production partners
• Source, brief, and contract opening entertainment and external speakers/talent
• Oversee on-site logistics, travel, accommodation and F&B for speakers
• Develop speaker briefing materials and manage rehearsals and on-site coaching
• Manage the run of show, ensure on-schedule delivery and production quality
