Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Global Events Keynote Lead to plan, develop, and deliver keynote experiences for AVEVA's flagship events from London or Paris. Hybrid role with 50% office time, working with executives, marketing, product teams, and production partners to ensure seamless audience experiences.

You will lead speaker sourcing, briefing, rehearsals, and on-site support, focusing on programme leadership and production excellence rather than content creation. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• You will lead end-to-end keynote planning for flagship AVEVA events.
• Experience coordinating executives, speakers, and production partners.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of keynote programmes for AVEVA World.
• Define objectives, audience journey, and run of show in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee integration of presentations, demos, and stage elements into cohesive keynotes.
• Coordinate rehearsals, briefing materials, and onsite speaker support.
• Manage run of show and onsite delivery across AVEVA World and AVEVA Days.
