Job summary

Monks is seeking a Global IT Support Administrator to empower colleagues worldwide by delivering remote IT support from a hybrid work setting. The role supports onboarding/offboarding, user account management, and collaboration on global IT projects to enhance efficiency and uptime.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in IT support, strong English communication, and solid experience with ticketing systems. Familiarity with Windows/Mac, MDM, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice).
• Nice-to-have: Windows and Mac administration, MDM, Google Workspace.
• Team player who can also work independently and continuously learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote IT support worldwide with focus on the EMEA region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues via ticketing system.
• Manage user accounts across platforms and assist onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to regional and global IT support projects and drive progress toward global goals.
• Collaborate with global IT support team to improve efficiency and accuracy.
