Job summary

MPLC is seeking a senior technology leader to run live IT operations and security for a global business. You will report to the CIO, start hands-on and progressively coach a growing Run team while driving automation, AI and security by design across 40+ countries.

We expect a strategic operator who can balance reliability with continuous improvement, stakeholder credibility, and a culture of proactive risk management. Remote work is offered with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise Run/IT operations and security.
• Strong ability to drive resilience, incident response and change governance.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Run, the live technology and security operation for MPLC across 40+ countries, reporting to the CIO.
• Hands-on delivery at first, then build a capable team with automation, AI and secure by design practices.
• Coach and develop the Run team while aligning with Plan and Build pillars.
