Job summary

Alfred H Knight invites an IT Project Manager to join the Technology Delivery team at our Prescot head office. This on-site role (3 days a week) includes flexibility to work 2 days from home as we drive a major IT modernisation programme across 50+ countries.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across software engineering, cloud, and data platforms, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects across software, infra and system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, PM frameworks, documentation and risk management.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Demonstrated capability in resource and capacity tracking across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical, numerical and detail-oriented with pragmatic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own high-visibility, simultaneous IT projects across 50+ countries as part of a multi-million-pound programme.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across software engineering, digital transformation, cloud rollouts and data platforms.
• Collaborate with BAs, Developers, Testers and Infrastructure Leads; communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure alignment, ownership and timely delivery with a collaborative team culture.
