Job summary

Dexcom is hiring a Commercial Execution & Enablement Manager – Healthcare to lead regional enablement across EMEA. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Service to translate strategy into actionable field practices and scalable engagement models.

The position requires extensive experience in commercial excellence and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on customer engagement, segmentation, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience
• Minimum 2–5 years of management or lead experience
• Experience in commercial excellence or sales enablement in a multi-market organization

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance the regional commercial enablement agenda across EMEA.
• Lead development, standardization, and adoption of commercial execution practices across segmentation, customer prioritization, account planning, call planning & tracking, and omnichannel engagement.
• Translate customer intelligence and commercial strategy into practical field processes, playbooks, and tools.
• Support go-to-market transformations, new field-team deployments, market expansions, and commercial go-direct initiatives.
• Identify, benchmark, and scale successful practices across markets, connecting countries with similar commercial archetypes.
