Qualifications

• Broad IT leadership experience in small/lean teams
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Syspro
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows AD and M365/Google Workspace
• Experience managing IT security across an organisation
• Proven budget control and supplier negotiation skills
• Experience delivering IT projects and continuous improvement

• IT leadership and strategy: own the IT function and align with business objectives
• Infrastructure and cloud services: manage cloud infrastructure, networks, and core systems
• Business systems and applications: support ERP and e-commerce platforms
• Development and databases: maintain web and DB systems with SQL and version control
• IT security: oversee cyber security and access controls
• Projects and continuous improvement: lead IT initiatives and system enhancements
• Supplier and budget management: negotiate with suppliers and control costs
• International IT support: ensure UK and overseas sites have needed technology
