Job summary

Whitehall Resources Limited is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead for our client based in Oxfordshire. This permanent role is onsite five days per week, leading a global infrastructure estate spanning 30+ sites and delivering a secure, reliable server, storage and data centre environment.

You will bridge infrastructure with business functions, drive continuous improvement, mentor the team and shape the technology roadmap across on‑premise and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft-based infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on VMware and virtualization experience.
• Experience managing server, storage and data centre infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform for automation.
• Understanding of backup, DR and performance monitoring.
