Job summary

Runway Financial, Inc. is seeking a proactive IT support lead to manage day-to-day technical support for a globally distributed team. You’ll own the device lifecycle, onboarding, and Google Workspace administration while coordinating security policies across the fleet.

The role includes expanding IT presence internationally as we scale, with remote work across EMEA and preference for proximity to our London office. You’ll collaborate with security and infrastructure as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT helpdesk or internal support function.
• Ability to troubleshoot macOS endpoints and profiles.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and basic CLI tooling.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN basics and network issues.
• Basic cybersecurity concepts and endpoint security awareness.
• Strong written communication for remote collaboration.
• Self-direction and ability to own tasks with minimal supervision.
• Curiosity for how systems work and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle help-desk tickets: password resets, provisioning, Slack/Workspace/Zoom issues.
• Manage device lifecycle: procure, provision, and ship laptops; off-boarding wipes and asset inventory.
• Run onboarding/offboarding processes: create accounts, apply security profiles, draft welcome communications.
• Administer Google Workspace: users, groups, aliases, license assignments via console and CLI.
• Support endpoint compliance: ensure devices meet security policies and follow up when not.
• Deploy and enforce security policies across the fleet and manage access controls.
• Manage corporate SaaS licenses, renewals, and access reviews.
• Support office networking and AV, including conference room setups.
