Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious IP and commercial technology law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex workstreams to a high standard.
• International experience or client secondments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise on IP and technology risk allocation in corporate deals.
• Draft and negotiate licensing arrangements, SaaS and cloud agreements.
• Structure and negotiate IT contracts and outsourcing arrangements.
• Coordinate with international teams on cross-border transactions.
