Qualifications

• 1-6 PQE qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent)
• Solid grounding in real estate transactional work
• Experience with investments, disposals, leases, and development projects
• Ability to draft and negotiate real estate documents
• Manage day-to-day running of transactions and liaise with stakeholders
• Strong commercial judgment and communication
• Proactive working with clients and senior lawyers

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value real estate transactions across asset classes, including cross-border deals.
• Draft and negotiate sale and purchase agreements and leases.
• Coordinate due diligence and liaise with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on complex deals.
• Contribute to growth in data centres and other digital infrastructure mandates.
