Job summary

Taylor Root is advising a leading international law firm on appointing a Patent Litigation Associate (NQ-3 PQE) to its renowned Intellectual Property practice in London. You will advise on a broad range of contentious matters, with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceutical litigation, including SEP/FRAND disputes and cross-border enforcement.

Qualifications

• Applications welcomed from solicitors with between NQ and 3 years' post-qualification experience at a leading private practice or patent specialist firm.
• A STEM degree or technical background would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
• Outstanding training, career development and the opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team at the forefront of patent litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of contentious patent matters with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceutical litigation.
• Work on cross-border disputes and strategic matters including SPCs, regulatory issues and SEP/FRAND disputes.
• Collaborate with leading practitioners on high-value, complex patent disputes across Europe.
