Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Investigations Expert for Worldwide Operations Investigations to provide investigations as a service across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

You will own theft and fraud investigations, produce comprehensive reports, and support senior managers while collaborating with legal, HR, and operations teams. The role involves evaluating incidents, triaging severity, and compiling evidential packets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud/risk investigations.
• Experience solving complex problems through data analysis.
• Experience with MS Office in a professional environment.
• A relevant degree or degree equivalent in security-related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the intake, investigation, and resolution of theft and fraud investigations.
• Create accurate and timely initial, interim, and final investigation reports.
• Create investigations within the approved case management system in a timely manner.
• Support the Investigations Manager and Senior Investigations Manager with difficult theft and fraud investigations.
