Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced Workplace Investigator to join our Global Employee Relations team. You will own EMEA investigations, advise on legal risk and provide recommendations to leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work primarily from our Staines office, collaborating with HR, Legal and business leaders to ensure fair, compliant outcomes while maintaining high confidentiality and process integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in employee relations, workplace investigations or employment law.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws across EMEA with experience managing complex ER cases.
• Expertise in workplace investigations, conflict resolution and sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the full investigation lifecycle for EMEA allegations, including interviews, evidence analysis and reporting.
• Ensure investigations align with local statutory requirements (e.g., ACAS Code) and global standards.
• Advise leadership on findings, risk, and actionable recommendations with HR & Legal teams.
• Guide managers and HR Partners on sensitive ER issues and regional considerations.
• Support restructures, consultations and involuntary exits in EMEA with Legal and HR support.
