Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Investigations Expert to provide investigations as a service across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, focusing on theft and fraud incidents, policy violations, and security-related events.

The role involves triaging incidents, identifying patterns, and compiling evidential packets for resolution. You will collaborate with legal, HR, operations, and outside counsel, travel domestically and internationally within EMEA, and produce final investigation reports

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud/risk investigations.
• Experience identifying and solving complex problems through data analysis.
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment, or experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• A relevant degree or degree equivalent in a security-related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake, investigation, and resolution of theft and fraud investigations.
• Create accurate and timely initial, interim, and final investigation reports.
• Create investigations within the approved case management system in a timely manner.
• Support the Investigations Manager and Senior Investigations Manager with difficult theft and fraud investigations.
