Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Inventory Co-Ordinator to maintain the accuracy and integrity of global inventory across multiple warehouse locations. The role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, audit activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Sage).
  • Proven inventory management experience in a global setting.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve inventory tickets within SLA.
  • Process stock reclassifications accurately.
  • Conduct regular inventory health checks and data reviews.
  • Lead cycle count compliance and issue resolution.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits across global warehouses.
  • Lead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams.
  • Attend daily operational meetings with global warehouse teams.
  • Analyse inventory and ticketing data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Produce and distribute weekly inventory reports.
  • Support development and enhancement of inventory dashboards with BI team.
  • Maintain and update inventory SOPs.
