Job summary

OFG Education is seeking a Group Internal Communications Manager to shape how we communicate, connect and engage with over 7,000 colleagues across our growing international organisation. You will work closely with the CEO and Executive team, delivering communications that bring our 2030 strategy and culture to life.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including enterprise-wide planning, CEO announcements and content for schools and services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications, ideally within a complex, multi-territory or global organisation.
• Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging and tone for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence and collaborate at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications strategies, campaigns and content aligned with Group priorities and our 2030 strategy.
• Develop high-quality communications for the CEO and Executive team, including leadership updates, newsletters, presentations and organisational announcements.
• Own and manage the Group internal communications calendar, ensuring coordinated and consistent messaging.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and regional communications teams to deliver effective communications across multiple territories.
• Support the development and management of internal communications channels, monitoring engagement and effectiveness.
• Create engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences, including distributed and deskless colleagues.
• Develop communications plans, messaging and supporting materials for organisation-wide initiatives, change programmes and leadership events.
