Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a mat cover Senior Internal Communications Manager to lead internal comms strategy for Gallagher Re. This role is strategic and hands-on, shaping how we inform, engage, and align employees across the global organisation.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to craft clear messages, manage town halls and intranet content, and ensure consistency with our values while driving change communications. Collaborative and fast-paced in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications strategy and execution.
• Excellent writing abilities for multiple formats.
• Able to navigate a complex, matrix-based organisation.
• Confident working with senior leaders and influencing across levels.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset across HR, compliance and marketing.
• Experience in change management communications is advantageous.
