Job summary

Pentland Brands is seeking a Global Communications Manager to lead a connected, insight-led internal communications strategy that informs and inspires our global workforce. You will partner with the CEO, executive team and brand portfolio leaders to drive engagement and cultural alignment across communications, events and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications within a complex organisation.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders, providing strategic communications counsel and support.
• Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Pentland Brands' global internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
• Partner with the CEO, Executive Team and senior leaders to provide strategic communications counsel.
• Translate business strategy and change initiatives into clear, engaging communications.
• Coach leaders on communication effectiveness and colleague engagement.
• Lead planning and execution of internal events and experiences (town halls, leadership conferences, global gatherings).
• Govern content across channels (SharePoint intranet, Viva, email, social) and explore AI-enabled tools.
