Job summary

Elliptic is hiring an Internal Communications Lead, the first to own internal comms end to end, reporting to our COO and connecting three hundred people across nine offices to one strategy. You'll shape what lands, when, and to whom, working with a CEO and leadership team who already want to communicate well.

Qualifications

• Experience owning internal communications in a fast-growing tech company and guiding end-to-end programs.
• Proven track record running all-hands or company-wide forums.
• Ability to sequence change and advise executives on message timing.
• Willingness to travel to US and APAC hubs.
• Fluent use of AI tools in daily workflow with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own Company Update end to end, including editorial planning and MC duties.
• Build and run the communications calendar with leadership, lead launches and change comms.
• Write for and with the CEO and leadership, briefing managers before announcements land.
• Own internal channels (Slack, knowledge base, Weekly People Update, culture network) across offices.
