Job summary

Elliptic is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to own our internal communications end-to-end. Report to our COO, connecting 300 people across nine offices to one strategy and shaping how we communicate as we scale.

You will run Company Update, manage a rolling three-month communications calendar, and partner with the CEO and leadership to land messages across Slack, the knowledge base, and regional takeovers.

Qualifications

• Writing that stands out, including in a CEO's voice
• A track record owning internal communications in a fast-scaling technology company
• An instinct for sequencing change and messaging to different audiences
• Global mindset with willingness to travel to US and APAC hubs
• Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow

Responsibilities

• Own Company Update end to end, from editorial planning to MC duties
• Build and run the communications calendar with the leadership team
• Write for and with the CEO and leadership team, briefing managers beforehand
• Own our internal channels, including Slack and the knowledge base, and a culture champion network
