Job summary

Pentland Brands, a global family business behind iconic sport, outdoor and lifestyle brands, seeks a Global Communications Manager. You will shape internal storytelling, align communications with business strategy and drive engagement across a diverse, global workforce.

Working with the CEO and Senior Leaders, you’ll craft connected, insight-led communications, support transformational programmes and lead global events and leadership communications. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications within a complex organisation.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders, providing strategic communications counsel and support.
• Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Pentland Brands' global internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
• Partner with the CEO, Executive Team and senior leaders to provide strategic communications counsel.
• Translate business strategy and change initiatives into clear, engaging communications.
• Coach leaders on communication effectiveness and colleague engagement.
• Lead planning and delivery of internal events and leadership communications.
