Job summary

Rolls-Royce is hiring an Internal Communications Manager, Group Content, to lead end-to-end corporate content for our global internal audience. The role is based in London Kings Place or Derby with a hybrid pattern (3 days on site).

You will drive digital content across intranet, Viva Engage, screens, and company-wide emails. You will own key campaigns with the SVP Internal Communications, advise on tactics across channels, and maintain a forward-looking content calendar while collaborating

Qualifications

• Significant experience in communications, marketing and/or content creation within a large multinational FTSE 100 company or equivalent.
• Eye for compelling storytelling aligned to commercial and cultural objectives.
• Excellent writing ability and ability to craft engaging video/audio content.
• Proven track record of managing agencies to time and budget.
• Curiosity and fast learning ability.
• Knowledge of engineering, aerospace or technology sectors.
• Comfortable with senior leaders and junior colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic corporate content for our global internal audience.
• Create digital content across channels: intranet, Viva Engage, digital screens, company-wide email.
• Lead on content for key strategic campaigns, in coordination with SVP Internal Communications.
• Advise on and execute effective communications tactics across internal channels.
• Manage an internal corporate content calendar aligned to strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external networks for best practice.
• Implement the internal corporate content campaign strategy.
• Help Rolls-Royce convey strategy and cultural objectives to 40,000+ colleagues.
