Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to shape how we communicate, connect and scale as a global business. Reporting to the VP, Internal Communications, you will shape how we communicate with employees across the lifecycle—from onboarding to performance and policy changes—and work closely with the People team to plan and run programmes that scale our culture.

• Significant experience in internal or employee communications, ideally within a technology, high-growth or global business
• Demonstrable experience partnering

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications across the employee lifecycle globally
• Act as the primary communications counterpart to the People team, bringing communications thinking to programmes early
• Build and run our manager communications layer: cascade toolkits, talking points, FAQ packs and briefing materials
• Design onboarding communications that work at pace, so new employees understand how we communicate and where to find what they need in their first week
• Develop culture and values communications, storytelling and recognition programmes that reflect who we actually are as we scale
