Job summary

Arch Insurance is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support Arch Insurance International's internal comms across geographies and functions. You will help shape messaging, maintain tone and brand guidelines, and coordinate a network of communicators across territories to align with enterprise standards.

You will manage an editorial calendar, produce content for intranet, email, screens and town halls, and prepare manager briefs with FAQs and talking points.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal communications, employee communications or related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone across audiences.
• Exposure to communications governance, approval processes or editorial standards.
• Comfortable engaging with and supporting key stakeholders across a geographically diverse organisation.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools, with interest in how AI can enhance internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Support and shape Arch Insurance International's internal communications function across geographies and functions.
• Contribute to governance frameworks to ensure on-brand messaging.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar and coordinate communications across channels (intranet, email, digital screens, newsletters, town halls).
• Prepare materials for manager pre-briefings, including FAQs and talking points.
• Coordinate a Communications Liaison Network across key territories to reflect international operations.
• Assist alignment with Arch Capital Group on enterprise standards and campaigns.
