Job summary

Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets in London is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support a cohesive employee experience and align messaging with strategy.

You will coordinate internal communications, plan events, and maintain channels to strengthen culture while working with senior leaders, HR, and regional teams. The role emphasizes clear messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and programme delivery in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in (re)insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of internal communications for MRS-GM.
• Support culture and change communications initiatives.
• Improve employee engagement through clear messaging.
• Plan and deliver internal events (virtual, hybrid, in-person).
• Align messaging with Group campaigns and ESG initiatives.
• Engage with senior leaders, HR, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain intranet content and editorial calendars.
