Betway Global, a Global Communications team member under Super Group, seeks a Senior Internal Communications and Events Manager to drive global internal communications and large-scale events. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, manage campaigns, and ensure brand-aligned messaging across channels.

The role requires leadership, storytelling prowess, and a track record of delivering engaging communications in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Senior internal communications role in a global, matrix organisation.
• Experience advising leadership and shaping global comms strategies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal comms plans and leadership visibility.
• Lead global campaigns, events, and quarterly Townhalls.
• Create concise, persuasive communications for staff emails and intranets.
• Drive employee engagement through storytelling and campaigns.
• Oversee internal comms calendar and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage content for Betway Global’s LinkedIn and intranet channels.
• Coordinate CSR events and global initiative rollouts.
