Job summary

Colt is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to own the global narrative and shape messaging across functions and regions. You’ll lead strategic content for flagship programs, aligning with leadership and business priorities, and ensuring consistency across all channels and audiences.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage major global moments, and drive measurable impact while maintaining an inclusive, accessible tone of voice across communications.
