Job summary

WTW is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee insurer panels across regions, lead performance reviews, and drive strategic recommendations. You will combine data analysis with broker feedback to optimize panel composition and participation, while coordinating budgeting and invoicing with finance teams.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and market insight to support growth and operational excellence within FINMAR and FINEX frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with financial performance analytics and contract management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and composition of insurer panels across regions.
• Lead panel reviews using data, market insights and broker feedback to drive strategy.
• Run RFPs for panels and assess insurer appointments for best-fit alignment.
• Analyze data and market insights to monitor health of panels and insurer performance.
• Support insurers with analytics and guidance on data services.
• Own panel financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing coordination.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, insurers, and prospects.
• Manage FINMAR contracts in collaboration with legal and insurers.
• Perform other duties commensurate with role.
