Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced insurance strategist to own the Group's global Property & Casualty framework from its London base. You will lead design, placement, and governance of multinational programmes and advise senior leadership on risk financing and emerging insurable risks.

You will partner with Boards, finance and operating leaders to ensure insurance arrangements remain commercially effective, resilient, and aligned with long-term objectives across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading insurance strategy in a large corporate or multinational.
• Strong governance and risk management experience across borders.
• Proven ability to partner with Boards and senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group's global property & casualty insurance strategy and governance.
• Design risk financing, captive use and alternative risk transfer solutions.
• Lead complex multinational insurance programmes and placements.
• Oversee captive operations and ensure alignment with Group standards.
• Advise executives on emerging risks and insurance market trends.
• Drive improvements in claims governance and programme performance.
