• Analyse portfolio performance by scheme, trade, and channel.
• Support business planning with input on rate actions and trends.
• Enhance performance MI and deliver reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Build oversight of outsourced partners for performance management.
• Lead the Performance & Decisions Committee.
