Job summary

Aon is seeking a Client Service Advisor to join our Global Client Network (AGCN) team in the UK. This hybrid role combines virtual work with time in the Chelmsford office, supporting multinational clients with tailored insurance solutions.

You will manage client relationships, lead renewals, and collaborate with insurers and networks to deliver exceptional service and value. The position offers structured training and international exposure within a respected global business.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance knowledge is desirable
• Pursuing or interested in professional insurance qualifications
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload and deliver on time
• Understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
• Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients
• Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, renewal strategies and cover comparisons
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise
