Job summary

Caseware seeks a Manager of Instructional Design to lead a global education content team and deliver high-quality, standardized product education for adoption and customer success.

You will establish global standards, templates, and workflows, collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and SMEs, and translate complex accounting software knowledge into learner-focused content across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning leadership.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring designers.
• Strong grounding in adult learning theory, curriculum design, and scalable content development.
• Experience designing learning for SaaS or technical software products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Education Content Leadership and team development.
• Set priorities, capacity plans, and delivery expectations for global content initiatives.
• Define and maintain standardized templates, taxonomies, and workflows.
• Ensure consistency across self-paced courses, VILTs, webinars, and knowledge base content.
• Own content governance, version control, metadata, audits, and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with Academy, Product Trainer, and SMEs to ensure standards are met before release.
• Partner with Product Trainers, Professional Services, and SMEs to translate technical knowledge into learner-friendly content.
